02 · SCOPE, MILESTONES & GOVERNANCE

Programme scope and development pathway

The following workstreams describe the current development concept, the areas requiring validation and the milestones that would need to be addressed before implementation decisions are made.

01 / PROGRAMME

Scope and workstreams

The feasibility work may cover technology selection and device roadmap; cleanroom classification and environmental controls; process equipment and utility infrastructure; environmental, health and safety (EHS) systems and chemical handling; metrology and testing; design, fabrication and academic partnerships; specialist talent development; intellectual-property management; and potential commercialization pathways.

02 / DEVELOPMENT

Next milestones

Select target sensor platforms and intended process capabilities; undertake technical, market and supply-chain feasibility; identify qualified academic and industrial partners; determine facility, cleanroom, equipment and permitting requirements; and develop a phased capital and capability plan.

03 / GOVERNANCE

Approvals and validation

Implementation, delivery arrangements, public claims and third-party participation remain subject to documented due diligence, relevant authorizations and formal approval.

03 · PROGRAMME-SPECIFIC CONTEXT

Technical feasibility first

Facility requirements will depend on the chosen sensor technology and process steps. Cleanroom classification, environmental controls, process safety and capital requirements cannot be finalized before a defined device roadmap and engineering feasibility study.
