There are 66 identity, evidence-readiness and tailored technical questions across 8 short questionnaire stages, followed by email verification. Document readiness declarations are mandatory. Once the verified enquiry is securely recorded in MHC FEL, upload the required evidence using the private document stage. Full ID documents must be supplied only through that private channel. Microsoft 365 email is used for notifications; online case tracking is not yet active.
