02 · SCOPE, MILESTONES & GOVERNANCE

Programme scope and development pathway

The following workstreams describe the current development concept, the areas requiring validation and the milestones that would need to be addressed before implementation decisions are made.

01 / PROGRAMME

Scope and workstreams

The proposed workstreams include candidate eligibility and credential verification; applicable Saudi professional classification and registration; employer-specific requirements; design of the six-month Arabic-language curriculum with clinical terminology; language and competency assessment; ethical recruitment safeguards; immigration and employment compliance; and any future employer matching and onboarding process.

02 / DEVELOPMENT

Next milestones

Confirm the participation and authority of any educational and healthcare institutions; map credential recognition, professional registration and employer requirements; design and validate the language curriculum and assessment; and obtain legal, immigration and ethical-recruitment review before any candidate pathway is offered.

03 / GOVERNANCE

Approvals and validation

Implementation, delivery arrangements, public claims and third-party participation remain subject to documented due diligence, relevant authorizations and formal approval.

03 · PROGRAMME-SPECIFIC CONTEXT

Ethical recruitment and professional recognition

The proposed six-month Arabic language programme is a preparatory educational component only. Completion would not itself confer Saudi professional registration, an employment offer, immigration authorization or guaranteed placement. Any future programme must follow applicable professional, recruitment, education and employment requirements in both countries.
